Shipping & Handling

It is our goal to ensure all items are processed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days. All packages will be shipped with the United States Postal Service (USPS). 

Our shipping option is Priority Mail. 

All items that are shipped are weight-based and priced accordingly. 

We are not responsible for lost packages. In the event of a lost package, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact USPS directly.

Currently, we are not shipping internationally. 

Please confirm your address before completing checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. 

LOCAL PICK-UP 

The Lila's Belle office is located in Jersey City, New Jersey. We are offering Pick-Up Service to customers in Jersey City and within a 15 mile radius. All Pick-Up orders must be picked up within 48 hours of your purchase. If the order has not been pick-up within 48 hours, Lila's Belle will issue a refund in the original form of payment. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick-up from contact@lilasbelle.com providing the pick-up location, name and phone number of a contact person.
