Returns & Exchanges
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
- Returns and exchanges must be returned within 7 days of delivery. We will accept all unopened items EXCLUDING bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments and accessories. All items must have all tags attached and be without damages, soiled and/or odors.
- All returns and exchanges are subject for approval, please email contact@lilasbelle.com. For all returns and exchanges, shipping cost will not be refunded.
- If you receive a damaged item, please email contact@lilasbelle.com IMMEDIATELY. We must be informed of all damaged items within 2 days of delivery.
- PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS, WITHOUT APPROVAL.
